What’s your favorite childhood memory of food?
Eating fresh-picked corn on the cob and stuffed quahogs at my grandparent’s house in Cape Cod
What’s your favorite thing to cook on your days off?
Tacos, fajitas, enchiladas…pretty much anything wrapped in a tortilla. And unreasonable amounts of guacamole!
Where’s the next place you want to travel?
I want to travel through Northern Spain and taste wine, eat lots of tapas, and go hiking.
If you weren’t working in restaurants, what would you be doing?
Eating and drinking my way through the world. And somehow finding a way to finance that!
