Where did you go to college/school?
Attended UC Berkeley and got a B.S in Mechanical engineering. Worked in commercial construction for 4 years. Then went to CIA Greystone in napa.
What was your first job in hospitality?
Fist job in hospitality was working a small place called noodle theory while I was in college.
What was your last job before Whitfood?
AM Fish roast at GT.
Where did you grow up?
Orange County, California
What’s your favorite childhood memory of food?
I was raised by grandmother so I always remember helping her make tonkatsu. I would flip the pork.
What’s your favorite thing to cook on your days off?
Where’s the next place you want to travel?
I am going to Japan soon, and then I would like to go to Italy.
If you weren’t working in restaurants, what would you be doing?
Probably in tech.
