Where did you go to college/school?

Hospitality Management at City Tech

What was your first job in hospitality?
I worked at Starbucks for 3 years in college and left to pursue restaurant management.

What was your last job before Whitfood?

Opening a bakery in flatiron under my former boss.

Where did you grow up?

Bronx, New York

What’s your favorite childhood memory of food?

My mom cooking traditional Spanish food all day everyday and just having food on the table for my family all the time.

What’s your favorite thing to cook on your days off?
Breakfast all day

Where’s the next place you want to travel?

The Mediterranean for sun and the sea

If you weren’t working in restaurants, what would you be doing?

I'm not sure, I always ask myself the same question but whatever it was I'm sure I would've always been wondering why didn't I pursue baking and eventually my curiosity would've led me to baking.
